Additional shipping charges may apply if a package must be reshipped due to an incorrect address.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged:

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund where applicable.

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on product availability or warehouse location.
You will receive tracking information for each shipment, where available.
10. Delivery Confirmation
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility for the package passes to the customer.
If you believe your package was delivered incorrectly, please contact the shipping carrier first and then contact us for assistance.
